We produce the best quality De Oiled Rice Bran (DORB) in our technically advanced solvent extraction plant, with the total production capacity of 500 TPD. With moderate protein content of around 16%, the feed is economically priced to suit all sections of livestock feed manufacturers. Adhering to our backward integration policy, we consume around 90% of the produce in our own livestock feed production; and the rest is sold to external customers (livestock feed manufacturers).
Producing the Best DORB With State-of-the-Art Technology
Rice Bran cleaned to remove foreign particles.
Cleaned Rice Bran is heated with steam to moisturise.
After moisturization, the Rice Bran is moulded into pellets.
The pelleted Rice Bran is dried and cooled.
Dried and cooled Rice Bran is processed in the state-of-the-art solvent extraction plant to produce DORB and Crude DORB Oil.
