Mr. Ajith Mani is working in the capacity of Vice President, Human Resources with IB Group since 2007. He started his career in 1999 and has an enriching experience of 20 years in the field of Human Resources. He has been an integral part of the IB Group and is known for his expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Development and Employee Relations.

His involvement in IB Group’s transformational journey has been worth mentioning and has helped in shaping people, processes and organizational structure in the past years. This initiative has helped IB Group to prepare for its next growth.

He is a dual graduate in Electronics and Law. He has pursued post-graduation in Management and has successfully cleared a one-year Senior Management Programme from IIM-Ahmedabad (Alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad) in 2017.

He aims to support the company’s mission and focus on developing an attitude of teamwork by bringing quality in day-to-day solutions provided by HR. He is working to create an atmosphere to foster challenges to prepare for the next spurt of growth.

He also aims to administer leadership in providing shape to an inclusive culture that drives diversity, excellence, innovation by supporting talent, skill development, engagement, and the employee work experience.
