With the experience of more than 26 years, Mr. Dileep Jain has been associated with IB Group for more than two decades.

During this journey, he has undertaken a lot of major initiatives in finance and accounts. He has more than 10 years of SAP experience and is a key member in driving the implementation of SAP in the organization in 2008.

He has successfully implemented SAP in the year of 2008 under his leadership and it’s planned to upgrade with the latest version available in the SAP platform.

His strategy is to be a Business Partner to Business Unit managers by offering strategic financial advice, building world-class accounting processes and delivering the best possible basis for decision-making to business units.

He believes in adding value with accurate, insightful and timely information, analysis and solutions that promote informed decision-making. His focus is on better internal finance control to minimize the risk. He plans to put to use variance analysis through Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting to strengthen control and real-time corrective action plan.
